It’s a simple, common image, really. But having spent four years of my life in Colonial Williamsburg, I am always struck and amused by the juxtaposition of the old world and the new. I wonder if anyone ever plugs their T.V.s into these things right there on the street.
As far as light goes, it doesn’t get better than Caroline Street around dusk. The trees that line the streets create this really magical, diffuse light.
